Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages, documents, and time-sensitive deliveries
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and efficient fuel usage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
