Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, documents, and medical supplies across Minneapolis and surrounding areas
- Optimize daily routes using provided GPS technology to maintain strict delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols without exception
Qualifications
- Valid Class D Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate stairs/frequent stops
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area and surrounding communities
- Excellent time management skills with proven punctuality
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and communication
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment and random)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
