Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, medical supplies, and documents within Phoenix metropolitan area
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup/delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Assist with package sorting and loading/unloading at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to provide one) with valid insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metro area and surrounding cities
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
