Responsibilities
- Timely pickup and delivery of time-sensitive packages throughout Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital tracking records
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic/weather conditions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia geography
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
