Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages, documents, and medical supplies across Milwaukee and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems for real-time route monitoring
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols while navigating urban and suburban routes
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation tools
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with delivery or logistics background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in all weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking software
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent customer service demeanor and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
- Familiarity with Milwaukee streets and surrounding metropolitan areas preferred
