Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner along assigned routes.
- Inspect vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions before, during, and after trips.
- Manage cargo documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts, to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate daily logs (ELD) and adhere to all traffic and DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues on-site.
- Unload freight safely, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with required endorsements (Hazmat preferred).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Miami traffic efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
