As a Route Driver, you will represent our brand on the road. You will be responsible for ensuring our products reach our customers safely and efficiently, handling everything from loading the truck to final delivery. We pride ourselves on our supportive team culture and modern equipment.

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class B) along designated routes in the Portland metro area and surrounding counties.
- Load and unload merchandise safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery points, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues immediately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily delivery logs, paperwork, and inspection reports.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and DOT regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging delivery data.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
