What You'll Do
As a vital part of our logistics network, you will ensure timely and safe delivery of goods across the region.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs (DOT/Eld).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Uphold a professional image and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Current DOT medical card and physical exam certification.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
