Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A/B) safely and efficiently on all road conditions.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper lifting and equipment techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Deliver freight on time while strictly adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience (recent grads considered with endorsements).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety documentation.
