Responsibilities
- Drive commercial trucks (Class A) to deliver freight safely and on time.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and electronic documentation.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes and schedules.
- Adhere strictly to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- 2+ years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
- Valid DOT medical card.
