Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely to ensure safety during transit.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance logs.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and route planning to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT hours of service (HOS) regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Current DOT Medical Card and physical examination.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
