Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and delivery vehicles on various road conditions, including local Las Vegas traffic.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging devices (ELD) in strict accordance with FMCSA guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to scheduled delivery windows and handling inquiries professionally.
- Keep the cab and cargo area clean, organized, and in good condition at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and physical examination certificate.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
