Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently on regional and long-haul routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and Department of Transportation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and shippers while on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
