Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) to deliver freight to designated locations safely and on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor as required.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, mileage, and fuel usage (ELD compliance).
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during loading and unloading processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the State of Colorado.
- Clean driving record with no more than two preventable accidents in the last three years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of road maps and navigation systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to cargo handling.
