Responsibilities
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers for long-haul and regional deliveries within PA, NJ, DE, and MD
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance for all vehicles
- Safely transport freight while adhering to strict delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device (ELD) records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and timely deliveries
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with ELD compliance and FMCSA regulations
- Strong navigation skills with GPS technology proficiency
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts as needed
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
