Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles to deliver freight safely and on time.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Secure cargo properly and ensure the vehicle remains in good mechanical condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record (MVR acceptable).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and cargo handling procedures.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid US Passport or Social Security Card.
