Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on various routes across the United States.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all freight is secure and protected during transit.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELD) according to legal standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and route changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and cargo securement procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
