Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver freight on time.
- Load and unload cargo using proper securing techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic records in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
