Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, FMCSA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations and safety protocols.
