Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance records accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean driving record and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Good manual dexterity and the physical ability to perform job duties.
