Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently across assigned routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Manage cargo loading, unloading, and securing to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and electronic logging devices (ELD) in strict accordance with federal laws.
- Navigate local and regional roads in the Seattle area, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Interact professionally with customers and clients at delivery locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the truck cab and trailer.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations (within the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting purposes.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- U.S. Work authorization required.
