Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery of cargo.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight securely, verifying cargo integrity upon arrival.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and all necessary delivery documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors at every stop.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (or B) required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of local Phoenix, AZ roadways and geography.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
