Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial locations within the Sacramento region.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Handle customer inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience in a logistics or delivery capacity.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for route management.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
