- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term AI technical roadmap for the 2026 and 2030 periods, aligning with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the architecture of complex machine learning systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI researchers and ML engineers.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product leaders and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and manage cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
