Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes within Pennsylvania and surrounding states
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status
- Complete electronic logging system (ELD) documentation accurately
- Maintain clean driving record and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with minimum 1 year experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Experience with reefers and flatbed trailers preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Team player with excellent communication skills
