Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) safely and efficiently on highways and local routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers in Fort Worth, TX, and surrounding areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight and balance regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements (Class A or B).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (clean driving record required).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required.
- Willingness to travel to Ohio and other regional locations as needed.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
