Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on designated routes throughout the region.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure 100% safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper securing and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate daily logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professional conduct at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Physical on file.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Monday) as scheduled.
- Strong knowledge of cargo securement and DOT regulations.
- Must possess a clean driving record and be eligible for a US Department of Transportation background check.
