Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A/B) for regional freight delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and comply with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Represent Omaha Freight Solutions with professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with regional routes and Omaha metro area
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts as needed
- Experience with tanker or flatbed trailers preferred
