Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated professionals to operate commercial vehicles and deliver freight across the United States. As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure that our cargo arrives on time and in pristine condition.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) safely and legally in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Navigate efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction targets.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and route changes.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in commercial truck driving preferred.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving practices.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
