Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation (ELD compliance)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of specialized freight
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with hazmat materials preferred (Hazmat certification a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona/Southwest geography
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must pass thorough background check
