Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance reports
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route conditions and delivery status
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Represent our company professionally at all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HAZMAT materials (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Must pass comprehensive background check
