Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A or Class B) on regional and local delivery routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely using straps, chains, and binders.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during loading and unloading at various stops.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be willing to obtain one through our paid training program.
- Valid DOT Medical Card is required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
