Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes (48 states)
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure DOT compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized freight (temperature-controlled, hazmat permitted)
- Uphold strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proven experience with multi-axle trailers and freight handling
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and electronic logging devices
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and route navigation expertise
