Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently across designated routes
- Inspect trucks and equipment before/daily trips to ensure compliance
- Load/unload freight using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Adapt to changing schedules and customer delivery requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Follow all FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work variable hours
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Texas roadways
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- DOT medical certificate and current immunizations
