Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes
- Load/unload freight with proper securing protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and DOT compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Represent SwiftHaul with professional conduct at all customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- 1+ year of tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic navigation skills and route familiarity
