Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van and refrigerated) across the Southwest region
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with all federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
