Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently over various routes across the United States.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor as required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs (DOT/Eld) and manage delivery paperwork accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Card (DOT physical) and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of trucking terminology and navigation systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
