Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips and perform basic maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and communicate with dispatch
- Document delivery logs, mileage reports, and vehicle maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with HOS regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and hazmat certification a plus
- Must be 23+ years old with valid passport for cross-border trips
