Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport freight across designated routes
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and schedule adherence
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Report mechanical issues and coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Denver metro area and mountain driving conditions
- Basic understanding of cargo securement and weight distribution
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight trips
