Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tractor-trailers (Class A CDL) safely and legally.
- Load and unload cargo in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and shippers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) medical requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel to various states including North Carolina.
