Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated delivery points using a commercial truck.
- Verify load contents, inspect the vehicle for damage, and complete required documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience (Route/Local preferred).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanning devices and delivery software.
