Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on dedicated night routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Ensure timely delivery of freight across Texas and Southwest region
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients during transit
- Document delivery exceptions and maintain cargo security
- Operate in all weather conditions with professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Night shift driving experience preferred
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and border crossings
- EOC/ hazmat endorsement a plus
- Flexible schedule availability (5am-2pm shifts)
