Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided commercial vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs per DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal routing
- Verify freight documentation and secure cargo according to safety standards
- Communicate delivery status and address any transit issues proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficient in electronic logging device (ELD) usage
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and delivery regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions
