Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van reefers)
- Load/unload cargo using forklift/pallet jack
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) compliance
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch for on-time deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build relationships with warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (required)
- 2+ years OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone for app communication
- Strong customer service skills
