Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain accurate shipment documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize remote dispatch systems for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Build strong relationships with clients and warehouse personnel
- Manage electronic logs and paperwork efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility for early morning/late night shifts
- Strong navigation skills with remote route optimization experience
