Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) on multi-state routes
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Build strong relationships with clients and dispatch teams
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time deliveries
- Communicate proactively about delays or route changes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with PA/NJ/DE regional highways
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and MVR verification
