Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) in a safe, timely, and legally compliant manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and other required documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT drug screening clearance.
- Clean driving record (MVR check).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
