Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed) across Southern California
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Document delivery logs and maintain accurate paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and techniques
- Uphold company safety standards and zero-tolerance policy
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of California roadways and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Previous hazmat endorsement preferred
