Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional routes
- Complete multi-stop deliveries with on-time performance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (BOLs, manifests)
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of CA traffic laws and route planning
- Flexibility for early morning starts (4-6 AM)
- Smartphone proficiency for ELD compliance
- Team player with strong communication skills
