Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) to transport goods across Georgia and neighboring states
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and secure cargo properly
- Assist in unloading shipments at designated locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Georgia roadways and regulations
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
- Pass background check and provide work authorization documents
